- So the first step in order to make pizza puff at home is to take a bowl.
- Add refined wheat flour salt as per your taste, baking powder, oil and mix it well now you have to add chilled water and make a dough out of it.
- The dough should be hard. Now rested for half an hour to 40 minutes. Now, for the stuffing, take a pan on a low to medium frame.
- Add 2 teaspoons of oil after the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped ginger and garlic and cook it until it’s golden brown. Now add finely chopped carrots , capsicum, sweetcorn and cook it for sometime.
- Now add tomato, finely chopped and now add the sauce salt as per your taste oregano and to add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water and mix it well now you have to cook it for 2 to 3 minutes until the vegetable cooks well.
- Now after 2 to 3 minutes, you have to mix it and cook it for half a minute.
- Now turn off the gas. After the stuffing cools down, add mozzarella cheese and cheese spread in it and mix it well. Now you have to roll out the pizza puff dough into thin sheets of square shape.
- Don’t roll out too thin it can break also. Now you have to fill the filling in the pizza puffs sheet. Seal the corners with a few drops of water and press the corners with the help of your thumb or fork to seal it well. And after sealing it, freeze it for 2 to 3 hours so that everything sets perfectly.
- Now after 2 to 3 hours in hot oil, deep fried, the pizza pops until it’s golden brown. After it’s golden brown, take it out in a tissue paper plate to remove the extra oil from it.
