  1. Cream cheese
  2. Digestive biscuits
  3. Butter 1 to 2 cups
  4. Hung curd
  5. Custard
  6. Milk
  7. 1 cup custard powder and most importantly your love.

Steps Of Making

  1. So the first step in order to make cheesecake is to take a Grind, add digestive biscuits and grind it into powder.
  2. Now take a bowl, add digestive biscuit powder and butter and mix it very well and freeze it for 20 to 25 minutes. Take another bowl.
  3. Add cream cheese, sugar and curd and mix it well .
  4. After 20 to 25 minutes, take out the biscuit powder and butter mixture from the refrigerator and add custard milk and 1 teaspoon of custard powder and eight and mix it well.
  5. Now take a cake tin, grease it with butter and put butter paper on the bottom of the cake tin.
  6. Now you have to add the biscuit mixture on the bottom of the cake tin and to settle it down with the help of a spoon.
  7. Now add the cream cheese mixture and tap it . You can add a water bath to enhance the flavour. Have to just fill the baking tray 1/3 and you have to place the cake tin  in it.
  8. Ensure that it is not covering the whole cake tin. Max to Max should cover half of it. But it depends upon you if you want to skip it, you can skip it.
  9. Now bake  the cake for 40 minutes in the microwave. If the cheesecake is ready, then it will be golden on the top and is the sign that it’s ready.
  10. If not bake for 3 to 5 minutes more and after baking the cake for 40 minutes,  cool down the cake in the microwave for 40 minutes.
  11. After this take out the cake from the microwave and it’s ready to serve.
  12. Serve it with strawberry sauce on top of it and some fresh strawberries. Also make it more tasty and enjoyable.

The master tips in order to make cheesecake are to mix the biscuit powder and the butter very well for the perfect texture . Don’t mix the cream cheese and hung curd in one go. Mix it in multiple steps for the perfect mixture. When you are baking cheesecake, check it in small intervals when the cheesecake is golden brown on the top then it is ready to serve.
