- Milk 500 ML
- Sugar powder 100 g
- Butterscotch essence
- 2 teaspoons a pinch of yellow food
- Dry fruits

Steps Of Making
- So the first step in order to make butterscotch ice cream is to take a pan and add powdered sugar in it.
- Now you have to cook it in low flame until the sugar melts properly and during this process we have to stir it continuously until the sugar melts.
- After the sugar melts properly we have to add 1 teaspoon of butter in it.
- Now we have to add the dry fruits of your choice. And you have to start it in low flame. You can also add Desi ghee in it instead of butter.
- After sometime you have to add 1 teaspoon of more butter in it and stir it for sometime and turn off the gas flame.
- Now take a plate of steel and take out your butterscotch crunch on it and cool it until it cools properly. After this take a plastic bag and keep the butterscotch crunch inside it and crush it with any heavy object.
- We have to make uneven powder from it. Not for the ice cream. Take a bowl.
- Add cream and milk and Whisk it with a hand blender or electric blender until it becomes thick.
- Now add butterscotch, essence, drops of yellow food colour, sugar and one cup of cream and blend it again.
- Now take a bowl, add the butter crunch powder, then the cream mixture and again the butterscotch crunch powder and freeze it for 8 to 9 hours in your refrigerator.
