- Wheat flour
- Castor
- Sugar
- Yeast
- Milk
- Sunflower oil
- Rice
- Vinegar
- Baking powder
- For the filling we need chicken
- Ginger and Garlic Paste
- Tomatoes
- Turmeric powder
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- Salt as per your taste
- Bayleaf
- Oil
- Coriander leaves and most importantly, your love.
Steps Of Making
- In order to make a bow Bao burns the first step is to mix the wheat flour. Caster, sugar and salt as per your taste dissolve yeast and a pinch of sugar in warm water and add it into the mixture.
- Now add the milk, sunflower oil, rice, vinegar water and make a soft dough out of it.
- Take out the dough on a smooth surface and knead it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Put oil and cover it with a wet cloth and rest it for 2 to 3 hours. Until it becomes double in size.
- Now we will make the chicken filling, take a pan in the medium flame, add oil, Bayleaf ginger, garlic paste and cook it until it’s golden brown.
- Now add tomatoes and cook it for sometime.
- Now add the dry spices like turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder salt, as per your taste and cook it until it’s cooked properly after the chicken is cooked properly.
- Add fresh coriander leaves and turn off the gas or chicken filling is ready.
- Now after 2 to 3 hours, take the dough and punch it and I need it for five minutes. Sprinkle some baking powder and dry wheat flour.
- Now you have to roll it out. Into 2 to 3 cm long and take pieces.
- Now give them over size in the Centre said you’re chicken filing. For filling the filling use chopsticks for making the space.
- Now leave it for one hour to 30 minutes until it becomes double in size.
- Now steam it for 8 to 10 minutes in medium heat and your Bao buns are ready to serve. Serve it with your favourite pickle or sauce.
